Our Help Desk is located in our main office in Berkeley, California and
available during the following business hours:
If no one is available when you call, leave us a message. We may be assisting other users if no one answers your call during business hours. We aim to return your call within 24 hours during the business week, and promise to return it within 48 hours.
While we are always happy to take your call, you might find it more convenient sometimes to post a message through the Issue Tracker system. Our technical team is alerted immediately when an issue is posted and we can reply directly to your issue on the Issue Tracker. The Issue Tracker is essentially an electronic bulletin board where you and your colleagues can view issues and responses.
